Job Responsibilities
- Originate, sell, craft ideas & concepts that position the Marina Bay Sands brand at the forefront of luxury hospitality.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, inspiring it and, with it, the wider stakeholder team.
- Contribute to the ideation, conceptualization, and art direction of marketing, content, and concepts, often in partnership with the Senior Design Manager, Creative Director, and copywriters.
- Develop video storyboards and photography moodboards, and present visual designs, concepts, and storyboards to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Assist the Creative Director and facilitate and lead discussions and brainstorms with team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare appropriate working files for digital, print, and production, and oversee a variety of design projects including branding, print and digital advertising, social media, events, websites, and merchandise.
- Ensure brand consistency, review and control the quality of creative assets to align with brand messaging, and ensure adherence to the correct guidelines from different business units.
- Supervise and coach creative designers on concept development, visual aesthetics, and workflow management.
- Take ownership and have a deep sense pride in the work that you and creating for & with the Marina Bay Sands Brand.
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with stakeholders and external production resources.
- Support Senior Creative Manager as needed, covering their duties in their absence.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in an advertising or creative direction environment
Other Prerequisites
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office on MAC, with strong time management skills.
- Good knowledge of print production, color management, and all design disciplines (branding, advertising, art direction, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams, work independently and collaboratively, and meet tight deadlines in an often-pressured environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
