Job responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Capital Expenditure spend for all casino capital and development projects.
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions for all Casino related Development Project items (FF&E, OS&C, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Capital team and Project Management team to manage monthly capital forecasts for Casino Operations
  • Updating bi-weekly forecast for headcount, operating expenses as well as monthly P&L review slides.
  • Active management and tracking of actuals vs budget spend for Casino Development and A&A projects.
  • Assist with Knowledge Management analysis done by the Strategic Planning and Casino Development team.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution majoring in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred. 

Experience

  • Prior working experience in FP&A or similar functions is required.
  • Knowledge of casino or hospitality industries is a strong plus.
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and executing process improvement projects is a plus.

Competencies

  • Must have strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS Word/Cognos/Tableau/Power BI
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and PowerPoint presentation skills; the ability to create clear and concise presentations for Executive Management is critical.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with team members in a professional, respectful manner.
  • Must be self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
