Summary of Job Function

The Learning Specialist of Talent Management is a specialized position to build organizational capability at all levels through implementing Best in Class programs and interventions. This includes creating learning strategies, designing and delivering training programs, assessing learning effectiveness and managing internal and external relationships. The Learning Specialist plays a key role in supporting employee development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, curate and implement programs and diverse learning solutions that drives capability-building and the workforce for the future.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs and interventions, with expertise in learning methodologies and training evaluation to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track program impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.
  • Collaborate and support internal as well as external stakeholders to optimize every learning opportunity and budget to develop Best in Class programs and initiatives.
  • Savvy with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning platforms.
  • Lead learning technological solutions and well-versed with emerging trends such as mobile learning, digital content platforms, AI-powered learning environments, learning gamification, automated assessments and adaptive learning.
  • Provide operational and systems optimization support to the team.
  • Monitor, assess and report on training expenditures as well as conduct periodic reviews of talent and learning development policies.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development team.
  • Knowledge and experience in andragogy and learning management technology.
  • Knowledge in instructional design – development of interactive, engaging and impact learning experience.
  • Ability to do stand-up facilitation.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
