JOB SCOPE
- Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
- Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement
- Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned
- Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)
- Enjoy fun and be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field
- Keen to work in an exciting and learning environment
- Fresh graduates who wish to pursue a successful career in hospitality field are encouraged to apply
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Able to work on weekends/ public holidays
- Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
