Summary of Job Responsibilities

Support The Shoppes team in overseeing and ensuring building operational excellence. This includes the inspection of mall facilities and liaison with Facilities department for rectification works.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan for the post-opening setup for mall operations.
• Supervise, coordinate and conduct inspections with service providers on daily routine work, outstanding defects and rectification works.
• Oversee and ensure the building services and common facilities are kept in excellent condition.
• Inspect progress, completion of all fit-out and reinstatement activities and the orderliness of fit-out contractors.
• Project Management
• Liaise with tenants on the regular servicing reports and repair works
• Assist to process the Permit to Work and liaise with Facility Management, retailers and contractors.
• Any other duties assigned by Mall Operations.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
