Job Responsibilities

 

  • To research and implement possible new commercial and innovative opportunities and upgrades to enhance guest experience at the Attractions.
  • To further develop existing festive programming including, but not limited to, National Day, Formula 1, and New Year’s Eve Countdown, at the Attractions and fulfill end-to-end event and partner management.
  • To identify and implement new and/or innovative commercial opportunities and avenues for revenue generation.
  • To assist on the upgrades and enhancements of the SkyPark Observation Deck to enhance overall guest experience.
  • To work with the Attraction leadership team on business planning, development and implementation of new strategic initiatives and partnerships for the Attractions team.
  • To work cross-departmentally to package and promote any new commercial and strategic opportunities and upgraded Attraction offerings.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume and performance-based environment while maintaining the highest level of service quality and performance capabilities.
  • Strictly adhere to all established departmental policies, procedures, and operating standards.
  • Any other related duties as directed.

 

Job Requirements

 

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Business, Tourism/Hospitality, Event Management or Project Management

Experience

  • Minimum 4 or more years of experience in Operations, Event Management, and/or Business Development in the field of attractions or hospitality is preferred.

Other Prerequisites

  • Knowledge of the attractions industry trends and dynamics, consumer behaviour, and best practices.
  • A well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (essential), and at least one other spoken language/dialect (desirable)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences, in person or online.
  • Basic understanding of business principles such as generating or increasing sales volume, revenues, and productivity measures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
