JOB SCOPE

You will be part of an in-house production team, working with our Brand, Marketing and Communications team for work ranging from corporate, product, commercial to lifestyle photography. An added advantage would be a keen interest in food photography.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers and Stakeholders to conceptualise and execute campaign photo shoots for Marina Bay Sands’ marketing channels (Social Media, EDMs, offline, Website, press releases etc)
• Research and prepare for shoots
• Ensure all work is in line with Marina Bay Sands’ brand guidelines
• Photo retouching and colour treatment of photos
• Oversee all process from pre to post production to ensure styling, set design, props etc will create desired outcome
• Be adept with creative solutions and managing people on set
• Handle all camera equipment and lighting together with the photo assistants to prepare sets
• Assist in maintaining equipment in good operating order.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required
• Apply good understanding of digital and social media content to advise on deliverables

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A portfolio of works on hand
• Good knowledge in adobe Photoshop, lightroom and any other relevant photo editing and management programmes
• Good knowledge in DSLR and lens setups and lighting design
• Able to manage and operate photography and lighting equipment
• A self-motivator, always looking to improve and try new on-trend ideas
• Strong understanding on colour, framing and lighting
• Possess creative aesthetic and able to present your ideas effectively
• At least 5  years’ experience in photography
