JOB SCOPE

Summary of Job Responsibilities

The Engagement Ambassador, Attractions, delivers quality service and entertains the visitors to enhance the visitor engagement for ArtScience Museum, SkyPark Observation Deck, Sampan Canal Boat Rides and Digital Light Canvas. The candidate also works closely with the Attraction’s leadership to elevate their service level through engagement with the visitors.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • To be able to interact and provide high level engagement to the visitors.
  • Engaging visitors and creating fun, impromptu activities for the visitors in the artwork space.
  • Organize and running programmes and events.
  • Be able to lead tours and be conversant during the tours.
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of all the Attraction operations.
  • To work with the Engagement Specialist on the planning, the development and implementation of new strategic initiatives for the Attractions team.
  • Perform duties responsibly and is accountable to the Engagement Specialist for the smooth running of operations and any other duties assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in hospitality and attractions industry.
  • Must possess a good sense of spontaneous positivity and creative impromptu thinking.
  • Project a professional presence, both verbally and in appearance, at all times.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and vibrant persona with an eagerness for friendly interactions.
  • Keen to work in the Attractions industry, with a passion for learning and people engagement.
  • A flare for the dramatic and theatrical talent with good sense of humor.
  • Motivated with high energy, able to appreciate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in public speaking.
