The new role of Senior Manager/Manager of Business & Innovation will provide key leadership within the Attractions department. The post-holder will lead in driving growth, elevated offerings and enhancements to the Attractions.
The successful candidate will support the Director of Attractions and lead the Business and Innovation team in identifying new strategic initiatives while maximizing existing revenue streams, along with managing programming and events at Attractions. By operating at the intersection of commerce and creativity, the role will ensure that the Attractions at Marina Bay Sands thrive in the current market and evolve to meet future challenges.

| The Coordinator plays a key role within the museum’s administrative office. The post-holder will be part of the smooth running of the museum, coordinating aspects of the administrative duties associated with the museum, and working closely with the Senior Administrator and Museum Admin Group on a day-to-day basis. The post-holder will work with many of the ArtScience Museum’s team, and as such, must be a good team-worker, able to communicate, and bond. He/She will provide support to the Senior Administrator, including working closely to support the smooth running of the museum.
The post-holder will use many of Marina Bay Sands’ administrative systems and tools, with the support of the Senior Administrator, and therefore must be focused, detail-orientated, and organized. |

The successful candidate will support the Manager of Business and Innovation in business planning, bringing new attractions and offerings, venue sales and execution of private events. He or she will also identify new strategic initiatives while maximizing existing revenue streams, along with managing programming and events at the Attractions. He or she will assist the team in the administration and coordination of matters to achieve the team’s objectives. By operating at the intersection of commerce and creativity, the role will ensure that the Attractions at Marina Bay Sands thrive in the current market and evolve to meet future challenges.
