Job Summary

 We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive, Operations to manage the Paiza Golf Program and Sport initiatives. As a Senior Executive, Operations of Paiza Lifestyle Experiences, you will participate in all aspects of golf and sports operations, ensuring exceptional player experiences and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include managing tee-time bookings, support the planning and execution of Paiza sporting events and tournaments, overseeing player registrations, and implementing marketing initiatives. A passion for golf, strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential to contribute to the success of our unparalleled golfing experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

Program Development

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Paiza Golf Experience at our partner golf courses.
  • Collaborate with the golf courses to continually enhance the overall golfing experience for players.
  • Assist with development of a coaching program to improve the game of our patrons.
  • Assist with development and execution of various sports initiatives such as F1 and Sports Hub

Golf and Sports Event Planning (In collaboration with internal stakeholders)

  • Organize and coordinate the execution of golf and other sport tournaments and competitions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet business objectives.
  • Plan and execute high-quality golf simulator events and competitions.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, including registration, scoring, prize distribution, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Assist to develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality services and experiences.
  • Prepare reports on event outcomes, attendance, and revenue generated.

Guest Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by following up closely on guests' golfing requirements including tee time bookings, equipment rentals, transportation arrangements, and personalized assistance throughout their golfing journey.
  • Develop reports to monitor guest satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community.

Administrative Support

  • Manage and track records of program participants, attendance and performance.
  • Oversee equipment and merchandise inventory, maintenance, and procurement while ensuring compliance with existing SOPs.
  • Assist with development of merchandising and gifting strategy, ordering in a timely fashion, and ensuring that we are up to date with the latest offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sporting industry professionals, suppliers, and partners to enhance the quality and scope of the Paiza Golf program.

 

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in managing golf events or relevant fields.
  • Some hospitality, expo/convention, gaming industry experience with a 4-star property desirable but not essential.

Other Prerequisites

  • Comprehensive knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
  • Having an active golf handicap will be desirable.
  • Familiarity with golf simulators and related technology is a plus.
  • Ability and knowledge of planning and executing complex and highly regulated events/experiences.
  • Passion for golf and a genuine interest in providing a world-class golfing experience.
  • Strong execution, time-management and prioritization skills, highly tuned attention to details.
  • Possess a strong business acumen, analytical mind with a solid understanding of business objectives.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with solid interpersonal communication & written skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple activities under pressure.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, as well as accommodate varying guest and event schedules.
