Job Responsibilities

• Involve in selection of suitable vendors and comprehensive contracting management negotiations to ensure competitive pricing
• Ensure competitive pricing with strategic service providers and establish relevant agreements where appropriate
• Ensure vendor follow-up
• Attend weekly meeting
• Update weekly project tracker
• Work with cross-functional teams and contractors to host value-engineering exercises
• Work and involve with cross-functional department and close cooperation with Design, Construction, Facilities, Legal, Finance and Procurement itself

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
• Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
• Preferably from related academic disciplines in Building, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying background.

Competencies 

• Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English both in oral and written form
• Possess interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts
