Summary of Job Responsibilities

Development Contracts Administration Team needs to work with departments, including Development, Construction and Facilities, to define, competitively bid, negotiate and award best in class design and development services in support of the organization’s development projects globally. To support the Director, Development Contracts Administration in completion of the various contract administrative tasks required.

Job Responsibilities

  • All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and corporate operating procedures and policies.
  • Manage the team in all necessary duties to develop and deliver comprehensive design and construction contracts.
  • Deliver project cost reporting details for the Director
  • Provide strong contractual leadership to the Contracts team
  • Prepare cost planning packs for the purpose of capital funding projects
  • Support the implementation of procurement strategies within the Department
  • Plan and manage the workload of the Department
  • Provide guidance and mentor more junior members of the Department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferred in the relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience; minimum 6 years of managerial experience and experience in related area
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction procurement processes with acute commercial awareness
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners, ensuring awareness of project commercial and contractual constraints.
  • Willingness travel to Macau on regular basis. 
  • Advise on and develop existing departmental standard operating procedures
  • Co-ordinate members of both the commercial team and supply chain consultants to ensure project specific tasks are undertaken timeously.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in Ariba, Primavera and Sage based software would be an advantage
