Job Responsibilities
- Calculate cost of inter-kitchen / bar transfers and charge to respective cost centers
- Conduct monthly stock audit at F&B and retail outlets during month end
- Review periodical basis perishable and high volume products
- Assist in month end journals, month end closing reports
- Review month end selling price / cost margin for respective F&B outlets in charge
- In charge and update respective outlets point of sales system
- Reconciliation of month end stock inventory for variances
- Raise and follow up on costing issues to outlets on a monthly basis
- Review Tobacco cost report and monitor inventory issues
- Review and analysis retail outlets cost report and inventory issues
- Assist to compile slow moving report for management
- Review F&B accruals
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma in Accountancy / Business or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in hospitality industry
Other Prerequisites
- Team player possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Assist in any other duties assigned by superiors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
