Job Summary

The Casino Project Management team is a high caliber project delivery team that is recognized for their leadership, problem solving and consistent excellence in project delivery.

The Officer of the Casino Project Management team will be part of a small, agile, fast-paced, and high-impact group that will represent Casino Operations and play an integral role to guide stakeholders and its support team members in ensuring projects are implemented according to the strategic outcomes, within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality while safeguarding Casino Operation’s interest.

Job Responsibilities

Management Reporting

  • Custodian to consolidate work requests for the Casino from Stakeholders, communicate plans and seek approval from Casino Operations management, and disseminate plans to affected stakeholders.

Project Management

  • End-to-End life cycle management of projects and initiatives related to Casino innovation and technology, Redevelopment, and Casino expansion plans. 
  • Serve as primary point of contact to disseminate and communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organization and recommend mitigation measures.

Budget Planning and Forecast

  • Partner with Financial Planning Team in monthly capital expenditures forecasts.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in business/project management or related subjects are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • Strong interest in project planning or relevant experience in project management.

Other Prerequisites

  • Prior exposure to Project Management is an added advantage.
  • Team player, flexible, meticulous, and comfortable with fast-paced working environment.
  • Proactive self-starter, good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
