Summary of Job Responsibilities

Assist the Hotel Supporting team within the Facilities Department in supporting the operations of the Integrated Resort.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and provide support to supervisor on various projects across all areas of Facilities that involves handling related Scope of Work (SOW). Prepare report tabulation and analysis, work schedules and make necessary arrangements on execution of these projects.
• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate work flow.
• Support in documentations and be involved in various project meeting. Assist with minutes-taking, tracking of progress and schedule of work.
• Assist with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Safe Work Procedure (SWP) write-ups on how to respond to specific work trade.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time current student
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements

Competencies

• Strong initiative with an interest in Facilities Maintenance/ Management and Technical write-ups
• Strong in spoken and written English
• Pays attention to details
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
• Well-groomed and professional disposition
• Preferably have completed fundamental engineering and math modules
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Others

• Minimum commitment of 4 - 6 months
