Summary of Job Responsibilities

The  Assistant Manager will join the Destination Marketing team which is responsible for driving footfall and revenue to F&B, Entertainment, Museum, Attractions, MICE and Retail. Beyond brand awareness and familiarity, the Destination Marketing team develops and executes highly targeted tactical campaign with clear deliverables and KPI.

The Assistant Manager will assist in developing and executing regional marketing campaigns by leveraging omni channel communication, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive and contribute to incremental revenue, visitor traffic and raise brand awareness of the brand and property in respective markets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, execution, and tracking of regional and seasonal marketing campaigns to drive room night conversion, book direct share and increase in Sands Rewards Lifestyle spends.
  • Execute media planning and advertising creatives leveraging paid and owned channels including digital assets adaptations, on-property displays and website updates.
  • Handle logistics and co-ordination with media vendors and internal stakeholders (Retailers, Loyalty, F&B outlets, Attractions, Spa, Hotel, etc) to facilitate filming and photography schedule for all content partnerships across assigned regional markets.  
  • Facilitate the fulfilment of media and in-market strategic partnership collaborations including creating assets for branded pages on Apps and website, and track performance including collation of results from point-of sale, stakeholders, research & other data sources.
  • Facilitate the development and marketing of market-specific packages / offers.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns trackers that are used by internal stakeholders are regularly updated to facilitate robust discussion.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Communications, Brand & Advertising, eCommerce, social media, Research, Revenue, Legal, Finance and various operations departments to produce integrated marketing/promotional campaign.
  • Monitor and assist in the management of accruals and other administrative matters including payment for invoices, voucher issuance and redemption.



  • Degree in Business or Marketing fields minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, including media, communications, advertising, and promotions.
  • Regional marketing experience and comprehensive understanding of travel industry and media landscape in Japan, Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia including (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) will be a strong advantage.
  • Competent in verbal and written skills for both English, Japanese, and / or Korean languages as the position will be responsible for developing in-market partnerships and integrated marketing communication campaigns targeting the Japan and / or Korea markets.
  • Omni-channel marketing and regional campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital and social marketing for brand building and driving conversion 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
  • Good interpersonal skills, high level of self and situational awareness.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong executional, project-management and prioritization skills, with strong attention to details
  • Pro-active, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable in a highly matrix organization
