JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Process and maintain credit portfolio by gathering gaming information/ financial data/ due diligence reports for premium customers
  • Conduct screenings for Politically Exposed/High Risk persons and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (“PMLTF”) Framework
  • Utilize credit analytical tools and compile information for credit assessment
  • Maintain data in an electronic data warehouse and ensure proper documentation for record retention
  • Provide impeccable service to premium customers to facilitate documentation and the signing of credit forms
  • Participate in cross-property operations and inter-department’s initiatives
  • Perform adhoc duties as and when required by the department

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Diploma or Degree holders (Mentoring and On-The-Job training will also be provided)
  • Positive attitude individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast pace and teamwork environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to interact with both English and Mandarin speaking guest.
  • Shift work environment with flexible work arrangement and work life balance
