Technical Functions

  • Ongoing development and implementation of Slot and Table Games equipment Maintenance and Repair Processes and Customer Service Training.
  • Complete all Technical activities in assigned areas, ensure provision of excellent customer service.
  • Ensure adequate technical floor coverage in the gaming areas at all times.
  • Ensure that Technical work space areas are kept clean.
  • Ensure that every slot machine and table games equipment is in optimum operational condition.
  • Participate in and assist with assignments and special projects as requested, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime for the departments and the company.
  • Relocate and or install equipment, ensuring fully functioning equipment within an acceptable time frame.
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customer service standards are met.
  • Handle customer technical complaints personally wherever possible, redirect to relevant authority where necessary.
  • Recognize and acknowledge regular casino players.

Other Responsibilities

  • Continually update personal knowledge of new products or equipment introduced to the slot and table games gaming industry.
  • Maintain effective communication and information flow throughout the Technical Team and the operations team.
  • Protect all assets of the Company at all times.
  • Comply with and administer attendance guidelines and regulatory, Departmental and Company policies.


Education & Certification

  • High School Degree, College Degree or equivalent in related field.
  • Electronic gaming technical certification background is an advantage.


  • A minimum of one year technical experience in slot or table games operations is preferred.


  • Good understanding of all aspects and facets of Slot and Table games operation and experience with maintenance and repair of Electronic Table Games Equipment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and an understanding of trouble shooting such electronics.
